The N.U.I.T. Charter

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law

Chapter 1

The Purpose

Article 1. To maintain international pact and security between Thelemic Organizations and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the preventions and removal of threats to the pact and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the pact.

Article 2. To develop friendly relations among Thelemic Organizations based on respect for the common Principles of each Organization.

Article 3. To achieve international co-operation among Thelemic Organizations in solving international problems of a social or humanitarian nature.

Article 4. To be a Center for harmonizing the actions of Thelemic Organizations in the attainment of these common Principles.


Chapter 2

The Body

Article 5. The N.U.I.T. Project is composed of Thelemic Organizations whose Principles and Aims agree with the following:


A. An Organization that prolmugates the Book of the Law, whose Agenda remains completely within the boundaries of the Law of Θελημα, stated in Liber AL vel legis and in Liber OZ.


Chapter 3
Of the Organizations therein

Article 6. An Organization that would unite must comply with and uphold the following:

A. The Organization must, if called upon, be able to provide proof of its legitimacy as a Thelemic Organization of which its Principles agree with those stated in Article 5, section A

B. The Organization must appoint a representative who will serve as an Ambassador for their Organization, if called upon, the Ambassador must state who the Superior of their Embassy is.

C. The Organization must uphold and protect the Integrity and Credibility of any Organization that is a member of The N.U.I.T. Project both publicly and non publicly, by word and deed, against all words or acts of slander, aggression, espionage, or sabotage, at all times.

D. The Organization must uphold and protect by word and deed, any Acts, Treaties, Agreements, or Joint Projects of which they are involved therein.

E. The Organization must not intervene in any matters that are within the Domestic Jurisdiction of any Organization that is a member of The N.U.I.T. Project, unless they have been called upon by an Ambassador of that Organization.


Chapter 4
Of the Ambassadors

Article 7. Ambassadors must be an appointed representative a Thelemic Organization as stated in Article 6, section B.

Article 8. Ambassadors must, if called upon, be able to provide proof of their legitimacy as a Representative of a Thelemic Organization of which its principles agree with those stated in Article 5, Section A.

Article 9. No more than one Ambassador representing any single Organization will be recognized at any one time.

Article 10. The principle duties of the Ambassadors are as follows:

A. A General Assembly

B. A Security Council

C. Armed Forces

Article 11. As a representative for a Thelemic Organization, Ambassadors must comply with and uphold those Rules and Regulations stated in Article 6 and the Sections therein.


Chapter 5

Of the General Assembly

Article 12. A general Assembly can be called by any Ambassador at anytime by informing the other Ambassadors.

Article 13. A general Assembly can be called to discuss any matters of state concerning that which is stated in

Article 14. There will be two mandatory General Assemblies per year to discuss matters of state. Whether this meeting be Electronic, or on the physical plane, communications must be kept constant.

Chapter 6
Of the Security Council

Article 15. The Security Council meetings comply to Articles 12 through 14.

Chapter 7
The meetings

Article 16. Any decisions concerning policy and actions are based upon unanimous vote. Manners that centralize between Members, and not affecting the whole of the Body or its functions, do not require a Unanimous vote as long as it complies with Article 6 and the Sections therein. The Members involved must their actions to the Body.

Article 17. Any admittance into The N.U.I.T. Project will be based upon the vote of the oldest five members.. No exceptions. Chapter 8
Discipline

Article 18. Any breach of The N.U.I.T. Charter is grounds for expulsion at any time.

Article 19. An Organization that is expelled is barred from all rights, privileges, and projects headed by The N.U.I.T. Project and therein.

Article 20. Any Member of The N.U.I.T. Project that publicly states any matters or the actions thereof, that have been deemed private, is in Breach of Article 6 and the Sections therein, and is eligible for expulsion.


Chapter 9
Of the Dissolution

Article 21. Any Organization may cancel their Membership to The N.U.I.T. Project by simply notifying the five Elder Ambassadors.

Article 22. The N.U.I.T. Project is dissolved solely upon abandonment on the part of its Members.

Chapter 10
Of the Charter

Article 23. The N.U.I.T. Project shall be ruled by this Charter and all decisions and acts of the Members. The Members cannot go against the norms herein established.

Article 24. These Articles and this Charter can only be changed by unanimous vote from the Members.

Chapter 11
Of General and Final Dispositions

Article 27. Ambassadors will always remember that they are representatives of a Thelemic Organization and its Leaders, and never precede or supersede the word of their Superiors.

Article 28. Ambassadors have the right and/or responsibility to name Diplomats for specific work between organizations. Diplomats must have legal certificates issued by the Ambassador as real proof of their nomination.
