An Offer to Meet the Challenge

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law

The Key to mastery is in impeccable action.

In ancient conceptual theory, the Pharaoh or God - King - often in both male and female form - is understood to be a direct incarnation of Maat.

History pervades existence in that it contains an ordinary appearance, and yet an underlying, very active force; this copulation of opposites, this life of contradiction, is much in similarity to the ways of the magician, and thus the virtue of the Magus.

But there are some of you who still have not grasped what has been taking place for quite some time now.

So, instead of merely making a statement, We shall attempt to invoke the process of recollection through allegorical, and perhaps even literal events --

We shall tell the story yet again.

We have mentioned manifestations of will, dynamic movement, wisdom, understanding, and secret courts, yet not enough has been broached on the shift of focus necessary to accomplish these paradigm's of energy.

This is a story of rebirth, impeccable actions, and the nature of the spirit; this is also a story of an attainment of Silent awareness.

On a particularly humid afternoon, a man and a woman might possibly have been observed traversing the ordinary streets in town; after some passage of time, this man and woman met a fellow of the musical persuasion, who proceeded without much ado to offer them both a ticket to a show; there was no price, however, the ticket could only be acquired by a conscious choice.

Of course, the youth did not care one way or other what happened with these tickets -- only that his task of offering them must be carried out.

The man initially displayed annoyance and later disposed of his ticket; the woman inquired about the nature of the ticket, and upon getting no real response, took the ticket into her possession anyway, with the silent hope that the meaning would later be revealed.

It is been said that there are 50 planes of awareness connected with materialized intent, or will, but only 49 of them are revealed; there are multitudes of symbols representative of rebirth, yet only one which serves as actualization. Divine transfiguration from primordial dust into pure, dynamic energy is the key here.

Thus, We shall now briefly discuss the Ticket to Impeccability:

Just as there exists the material realm, the spiritual realm, and a third point of Silent awareness, there also exists what would appear to be: an average man or woman, a warrior, and a Master of the Temple; the Master of the Temple, of course, is an impeccable magician who has struggled against the ordinary measure by measure met the challenge, and triumphed against the odds with supreme vengeance.

Sometimes a total recapitulation of personal life is necessary in order to shift the axis of the students thought forms; this is brought about by a very practical yet sometimes bizarre sequence of events wherein the everyday continuity of the student must be confronted and then destroyed.

To average man this may seem like impending Death, and therefore the ordinary reaction is always that of fear and self - pity which either renders him immobile or in a constant state of fragmented behavior.

Thus, when faced with impending Death of self, of the connection to the mundane world and all preconceived notions - instead of defiantly meeting the challenge, the average man would rather sell the remaining passive aspects that are his life and become truly a slave.

What is meant by an offer to meet the challenge is simply:

Will you come to the point where self - reflection and concern for daily affairs is no longer the driving force in your existence? Will you break through the shell?

Suppose an action of not doing became so extreme that an individual, realizing the only correct choice would be to allow the mask of imprisonment to occur, did just that? By virtue of magick, the active force - the dark, infinite nature of being-- is actualized and now commands the mask.

No longer is there confusion - instead, the mystical reality of pairs, i.e., the hidden and the literal becomes clear.

Upon closer examination of the story, you might find that a principle of balance is necessary in order to initiate the movement of illumination which defies death.

This principle of balance is also the virtue of impeccability which allows a Master of the Temple to command the material world through practicality; to enforce the liberation of astral sparks; becoming an actualized emanation of Maat, while utilizing the mask of the world itself.

If the student were to examine Kemetic glyph and Oriental symbology, they would find that the hidden aperture for the glyph representing a duck is the egg that is formed; this aspect of creation also would infer the sword that must be used to destroy the seven aspects of self - deception.

Given this, it is no wonder the sword turns so that it might shatter the shell; now the orb, the sphere, is able to give and receive energy - which is, really to perceive.

Now the concept of pairs should make perfect sense!

Love is the law, love under will
