Alexis, the younger brother of Anastasia was healed time and time again by the sorcerer to the Russian family, Grigory Rasputin. We know now that his mystical powers were above average especially in the realm of healing and clairvoyance. Nevertheless, the power that he held was viewed with jealous hatred by aristocratic rivals.
Rasputin was a man that Russia should of been proud of. Had they heeded his sensible advice on the virtues of sexual freedom and government, Rasputin would of used his magick to bring Russia to a new Golden Age. Yet greed and confusion dominated the minds of rival aristocrats.
These rivals did eventually murder Rasputin. They shot him in the back like the cowards they were. After using magick to heal himself from gunshot wounds, these aristocratic rivals realized he wasn't going to die easily. They poisoned, shot him and drowned him.
On December 30, 1916, Prince Yussoupov and his friends invited Rasputin to a drinking party where they poisoned, then shot and finally drowned the monk. Rasputin's corpse was later recovered on the bank of the icy river. He was murdered by brainless fools who did not know the consequences of their hatred.
Here is the letter Rasputin wrote before his horrible death. He predicted that IF he should happen to die as a consequence of the Romanov or if Romanov relatives killed him, the entire Romanov family, including the children, would die within 1 or 2 years. Two months later, the Romanov family was murdered by the Bosheviks. No one knows how Rasputin's so-called curse worked, he had no affiliation with either Lenin or the Revolutionists. Many Russian Gypsies accused Rasputin of having made a pact with the devil for the curse. Foolish theories from people who know nothing about the centralized magick power that revolves around a sorcerer for a royal family.

They will be killed by the Russian people...You must reflect and act prudently. Think of your safety and tell your relations that I have paid for them with my blood. I shall be killed. I am no longer among the living."One can only observe with a unbias mind what will occur when that ancient relationship is invoked again, the relationship between Royal Sorcerer and Royal Family.
